ARB issues two types of certificates for registration.
When you have successfully registered with the ARB, you will be entered in the register
and issued with a Certificate of Registration showing your name, your registration
number and the date of registration.
Pursuant to Section 16(1)(a) of the ARO, the entry in the register shall remain in force
for 12 months from the date when he was registered. You should renew your registration
annually.
According to Section 16(1)(b) of the ARO, you shall apply for renewal of registration not
earlier than 3 months and not later than 28 days prior to the expiry of the current
registration. You shall pay the renewal fee at the time of applying for renewal of
registration.
When you have successfully renewed your registration, you will be issued a Certificate
of Renewal of Registration for a validity of 12 months.
